I was a pleasure to meet Eva, and her right hand nurse, her sister Leeann. Eva had a knowing, warm smile, and planned her days and her goodbyes with great care. Leeann allowed her to stay at home as long as possible, and despite the fatigue that both of them shared, they were a team. May God bless her family with warm memories of a caring, intelligent, funny soul.

There are no words to describe the wonderful woman that was taken too soon, and who we will remember always.
Love, Light, and warm thoughts to all who were touched by such a kind heart.

Eva, I feel so lucky to have had your friendship for 40 years, a genuine friendship that many people may never experience. I just wish I had another 40 years with you...you will always be with me. I will watch for you in the garden and wear your beautiful ring. I know you pretty good, you are probably with all the fun people right now and listening to Tom Petty. Keep the party going.. and please say hi to your mom and dad, Love you always, Linnea XXXOOO

I always looked forward to seeing Eva when she came to our centre to meet with her clients. We shared many laughs, the occasional "dark" humor, but more often, serious discussions about the well being of her clients. She was a beautiful soul and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Eva's family and friends, co-workers and clients. "We'll meet again, Eva", of that I have no doubt,

Eva;
As I told you, I never say goodbye, as I know you are looking over us.
I'm sure I will get a boot in the butt, unknowingly.......just as pay back!!!
I am going to miss you dearly, as our paths in nursing were so similar, and our one liners, kept us laughing!!!!
We, the Saskatchewan girls (best trained nurses around LOL) will always stick together. I will continue carrying our PRIDE, for both of us.
I will miss you dearly, my young beautiful lady. I guess I'm officially the "old one" , now.... always was, just kept that from you.
May you get the long rest, full of peace & tranquility, but always have fun!!!
Deanna

I am blessed to have known Eva and able to talk to her before she left us. She was a strong advocate for her patients and I so respect her for that. She will not be forgotten and I am sad that she was taken so soon although I know she would have not wanted to be sick long.
Rest in Peace Eva
My thoughts are with her family
