Cremation Service including a Ceremony or Burial Service including a Ceremony

• Consultation with a licensed funeral director to coordinate all details for final disposition.

• Transfer from place of death within a 40 kilometer radius of the city of Calgary.

• Cleansing and washing of deceased.

• Embalming and sanitation of deceased.

• Dressing and hairdressing of deceased.

• Cosmetology and casketing of deceased.

• Use of the preparation area and/or dressing area.

• Obtaining legal documents required by the government for burial and/or cremation.

• Coordination of all details with respect to the musician,musical selections, soloist, clergy, flowers, cemetery and/or crematorium.

• Compiling and typing of obituaries and delivering to newspapers of family’s choice.

• Use of visitation area for final viewing at family’s choice of location.

• Use of arrangement offices.

• Use of business offices.

• Use of parking facilities.

• Chapel and/or visitation rooms for service, according to the family’s wishes.

OR transportation and rental of equipment and extra staffing required for services other than in our chapel.

• Ushers and attendants at visitation, prayer service, funeral service and graveside or crematorium.

• Providing the minister with obituary information and necessary documents.

• Supplying of acknowledgement cards.

• Supplying, preparing and printing of personalized service folders & photo enlargements.

• Providing and printing a memorial book for relatives and friends to sign at the door.

• Handling and arranging of flowers prior to and following funeral services.

• All equipment needed to carry out the funeral service.

• Sedan and driver for clergy to lead the funeral procession to cemetery and to acquire proper paperwork.

• Pallbearer’s limousine and driver (10 passenger)

• Funeral coach and driver to take deceased to cemetery or crematorium.

• Family limousine and driver (10 passenger)

• All record keeping and general clerical assistance.

• Preparing and supplying six Funeral Directors Statement of Death forms for any legal affairs the family needs to look after.

• Providing a benefit package with information for settling the estate.

Costs for these services vary from $5,305 to $6,935.

The cost for the funeral services are only ranges. As we are aware, the needs and requirements change for each individual family and therefore are tailored to those specific needs.
