Obituary of Dianne Jamie PURDY

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Lou, the loving wife of Tom Purdy, on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the age of 51 years. Lou worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist where her contagious laugh was never dampened. She embodied such a vibrant and fun attitude towards life with a beautiful smile that would light up the world around her. There was never a dull moment between the practical jokes and loving support. Lou was cherished by everyone for her kindness and generosity. There are not enough words in the world to describe the impact that she had in the lives of her loved ones. We know that she will be with us every step of our lives. “No matter how old you get, never stop holding hands, never stop dancing, and never stop saying ‘I love you’.” Lou is survived by husband of 29 years, Tom Purdy; children Tommy (Jacqui), Nicky, Jason, and Jan; grandchildren Olivia, Jenna, Shawn Michael, Sawyer, and Hudson; parents Adele and Rosaire Reimneitz and Joe and Evelyn Morgan; siblings Joanne (late) and Steven, Joseph and Germaine, Michelle and Elie, Lynn (late), Jeff and Maureen, half siblings David and Melinda. She will also be missed by her in-laws Leonard (late) and Betty, Lawrence and Pat, Linda (late) and Martial, Gordon, Richard and Connie, Albert (late) and Sheryl; as well as nieces, nephews, and friends. Lou will also be dearly missed by her dearest friend Adrienne Clements. Lou was predeceased by her sisters her mother and father-in-law Louis and Florida Purdy.
