Obituary of Harold "Jim" James KOZAK

Jim Kozak beloved husband of Barbara Kozak passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at the age of 74 years.

Jim is survived by his wife Barbara; children Suzanne Kozak, Karen Kozak, and Stephen Kozak; grandson Acer Kozak; nieces Stacey Lazarenko and Michele (Peter) Ross; nephew Joe Geary;  brothers-in-law Michael (Sophie) Geary and David Geary; and many other family members.

Jim was predeceased by his parents, Steve and Natalie Kozak, and sister Judy Lazarenko.

At Jim’s request, there will be no service.

The family would like to send special thank-you to the staff at Agape Hospice for their loving care of Jim.
