Obituary of Helga Gudrun RENNER
Helga Renner (nee Nesswetter) beloved wife of Dieter Renner of Calgary, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019 at the age of 77 years.
Helga was born in Bruex Sudetenland, Germany on September 30, 1941.
She immigrated to Canada in 1953. Helga and Dieter were married in July 1960. Helga accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her role as wife, Mom and Oma. She enjoyed cooking, baking and knitting, which she presented to her family on a regular basis. Helga will be remembered for her loving, kind and generous heart.
Besides her loving husband Dieter, Helga is survived by her son Todd and daughter-in-law Darlene Renner; daughter Angela Deneve; four grandchildren, Travis Deneve, Shawn Deneve, Megan Renner and Anna Renner; brother-in-law Wolf and sister-in-law Shannon of White Rock, sister-in-law Barbel, brother-in-law Harold Browne of Calgary, Irmgard Renner of Germany; cousins, Liesi and Christa Hanousek they reside in Germany; neice and nephews, Gordon Ehrmann (Shauneen), of Calgary, Trevor Gallant (Carolyn), Bobby Murphy of BC, Debbie Holland (Randy) of Cochrane, Rory (Dagmar) of Calgary, Ryan Renner (Sarah) of Calgary, Ritchie Renner of BC, Bernd Renner (Alime) of Germany, Uwe Renner (Claudia) of Germany, Curtis Renner of BC, Kelly Simpson of BC, Anne Marie Munroe (Glen) of BC.
Memorial Service will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street NW, (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m
