Obituary of Lana PEARCE

On September 3rd, 2012, our worlds became much darker when our Grandma passed away at the age of 70 in Agape Hospice after a short, but very courageous battle with cancer. Lana Adell Pearce was born in Vancouver on February 22, 1942 and had a gift for touching the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. Our Grandma was an outgoing woman with an infectious laugh and a colossal heart. Her love of garage sales and Elvis were subsequential only to her vast and never ending love for her friends and family. Lana was married to her lifelong partner, John who passed away in 2006. Together Lana and John had three children, Rick (Rose), Stacey (Dorn), and Jody. It was well known that Grandma loved each and every one of us, her five grandchildren; Jenelle, Joel, Alex, Christina, and Laura. We will forever be grateful for the positive impact she created in our lives. Lana is survived by her siblings, Jim, Sandy, John and Judy. She will be missed in all our lives, and none of us will ever forget what a beautiful woman she was.
