Obituary of Alex VELASCO

Alex Velasco, beloved husband of Theresa of Calgary, AB, passed away on October 3, 2012 at the age of 48 years.
Alex was a very generous person who was always accommodating to anyone who needed help, whether family, friends or even strangers. He was a loving and supportive husband and father who was very proud of his daughter, Bianca Alexis. He did not have an unkind bone in his body and never spoke ill of others. Alex had gained the respect of all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 20 years, Theresa and their daughter Bianca Alexis; mother, Maria Velasco; one brother Ramil; four sisters, Elizabeth, Evangeline, Erlinda and Esperanza. Alex was a father and grandfather to his nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews as well as a dear friend to all who knew him.
Alex was predeceased by his father, Armando in 1999.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 1708 16th Avenue N.W. (across from the North Hill Shopping Centre, Calgary) on Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A Celebration of Alexs Life will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 1708 16th Avenue N.W. (across from the North Hill Shopping Centre, Calgary) on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. A viewing will take place one hour prior to the service.
