It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Arlene Kuzyk at Foothills Hospital on October 15, 2012 at the age of 56 years.
Arlene is survived by her mother F. Jeanne Kuzyk and her siblings Barbara Bruggencate (Curt), Debra Schneider, Cathryn Kuzyk (Cliff Swanlund), John Kuzyk, Estelle Kuzyk, Jim Kuzyk and Gloria Klapstein (Kevin).
She was predeceased by her sister Mary Anne and her father Dr. N.J. Kuzyk.
A private family Memorial Service will be held.
