Dorothy May Gushulak passed away on November 5, 2012 at the age of 72 years at the Peter Lougheed Centre.
She is survived by her daughter Wendy Lund and son-in-law Larry Frank.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Walter Gushulak.
