KANG Surjit Kaur

Surjit Kaur Kang passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Centre, Santuari Hospice on November 30, 2012 at the age of 84 years.
She was born in Punjab, India, and had lived with family in Calgary since 1992.
Surjit is survived by sons Darshan (Sharanjit), Lakhvir (Amarjit) and Kashmir (Jagdeep) all of Calgary; her daughter Sukhwant (Manjinder) Brar who resides in Punjab, India; fourteen grandchildren; and twelve great-children.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, S. Tek Singh Kang (alias Bawa Singh Kang) and her son, Kulwant Singh Kang.
Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
