Thomas Boychuk of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the age of 77 years.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah Witness, Windsor Chapel, 9110 Fairmount Drive SE at a later date. Graveside Services will take place at Queens Park Cemetery.
