Obituary of Michael GORZKOWSKI

Beloved son of Barbara and Adam, brother of Mark and Kasia, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 7, 2013. Mike loved life in all of its dimensions, his inquisitive nature lead him on many travels and quests. He worked hard and played hard, sharing his successes and pleasures with those who were important to him. Challenges became goals and he reached most of them. Words fail to describe Mike’s wonderful, intellectual, compassionate, forgiving and caring nature. He left his mark on those who were privileged to know him. He will be terribly missed by his grandmother Marta Mankowski, his brother in law Chris Davis, his favorite nieces Paula and Gabriella, many family members in Poland and friends. A Funeral Mass celebrating Mike’s life will take place at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church (8944 Elbow Drive Southwest Calgary) on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
