Darryl Grant of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the age of 77 years.
Darryl was born in Moncton, New Brunswick. He is survived by his loving sons and daughter-in-law, Greg and Cheryl Grant of Spruce Grove, AB. and Darren Grant of Calgary; six grandchildren, Chad, Candice, Brett and Amber Grant; Caitlin and James Carr; brother, Robert (Edda) Grant of Fanny Bay, BC; sisters, Edna (Edison) Fox of Borden, PEI and Donna Gorda of Crossfield; sister-in-law, Debbie Grant of New Brunswick; daughter-in-law, Maryanne Grant and son-in-law, Wayne Carr; his special companions Willie and Birdie as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Doreen (November 8, 2012); daughter, Christina Carr (2010); son, Darryl Carr Jr. (1991); grandson Christopher Carr (1991); brothers and sister-in-law, Frank (1994) and Louise (1999) Grant and Lyndon Grant (2008) and brother-in-law, Victor Gorda (2006 ).
A Private Family Graveside Service was held at the Calgary Crematorium Columbarium. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
