Obituary of Linda CURLE

Linda (Beverly) Curle beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away on January 25, 2013 at the age of 62 years.
Linda was born in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan on December 18, 1950 to parents Bert and Raymonde Curle and was the last of five children. Linda was raised on the farm and attended school in Porcupine Plain. Upon graduating from High School, she attended Kelsey SIAST in Saskatoon, SK for accounting. She began her accounting career in Edmonton, AB with stops in Yellowknife, NWT and Red Deer, AB finally ending up in Calgary where she continued working as a Certified Management Accountant until her retirement in 1998. Occasionally, when she felt up for a challenge, Linda would do contract work from her home office.
In her retirement, Linda enjoyed visiting her brother John in Arizona for a few weeks in the winter, and brother Bart in Surrey, BC. Linda also enjoyed watching curling on television. She was the link in connecting family as she always played hostess to traveling family members. Linda was a great listener, conversationalist, family counselor and problem solver, who spent countless hours mentoring everyone through lifes many challenges. Her wisdom and compassion were one of her many gifts and will be truly missed. Every family member can recall many lengthy discussions with Linda and always had enormous respect and appreciation for the advice she had to share. True to her nature, she was an exceptionally methodical thinker.
Linda is survived by her brothers Bart (Florence) of Surrey, BC; John (Barbara) of Saskatoon, SK; nieces Sharon (James) and Cameron and Jocelyn; Joanne (Bill) and Nicole and Michael; Carolyn (Jason) and Tucker and Jaxon; nephews Brad (Kristie) and Scott (Alicia).
She was predeceased by her parents Bert and Raymonde Curle; brother Robert Curle; sister Josephine Allan; brother-in-law Robert Allan and sister-in-law Shirley Curle.
Memorial services are to be held at a later date.
