Karen Jane Dawson, formerly of Canmore, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Southwood Hospice in Calgary surrounded by her family on February 11, 2013 at the age of 38 after a courageous and life time battle with her health, twice with Leukemia starting at the age of 3 and then for the past 10 years with multiple brain tumours.
Karen will be greatly missed by her parents, Kirk and Janet; her brother Andrew and his fiancé Krista Jangula; her special people Peter and Gillian Norton as well as countless other friends and colleagues.
Memorial Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
