Obituary of Dorothea WELTER

Dorothea was born in Brandon Manitoba to Robert and Nancy Scott. In 1953, she moved to Calgary with her husband Elton Leroy Welter. She was predeceased by her husband; her 6 sisters and brother. Dorothea was especially devoted to the children of her 2 sisters Jean Fletcher and Kathleen Mark and is fondly remembered by them. She was everybody’s favorite Aunt.
