Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, has started yet another adventure at the age of 88. We were honoured and privileged to have had her by our side for many wonderful years. Her strength, determination and unconditional love will carry us through the rest of our lives.
Mabel lived at Grace Gardens for 25 years where she came to occupy a place in the hearts of many. She was an active Life-time member at the No. 1 Legion. She was known and loved by so many because to know her was to love her.
She leaves behind her children Larry (Lee), Linda (Neil), and Brian (Rosemary); grandchildren Breanne (Kevin), Ryan (Veronica), Jillian, Brayden and Emily, Jeff (Tammy); great-grandchildren Mason, Julia and Nicklaus; loving sister and best friend Alice; sister-in-law Delores; and numerous nieces and nephews.
To commemorate Mabels life, there will be a Celebration on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Calgary No.1 Legion, 116 7 Ave. SE.
