Dawn, beloved daughter and sister, of Calgary, passed away on May 26, 2013 at the age of 51 years.
Dawn is survived by her mother and father, Tina and Frank Andrychuk; brother, Rick Andrychuk; twin sister, Twyla Lyons (Wayne); grandmother, Nellie Spikula; nieces and nephews, David, Alex, Janine and Dylan; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
