Obituary of Ann BEATTY

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ann Beatty, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the age of 92 years. Born in Ruda, Galicia in 1922, Ann grew up in Saskatoon where she met and married the love of her life, Cliff. Ann retired from Gulf Canada Resources after a very successful career. She loved to golf and enjoyed the game into her 90’s despite losing her vision later in life. She came very close to having a hole-in-one on the 14th hole at Carstairs Community Golf Club where she was a member for many years. Ann is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Cliff, and by daughter Debbie Bergquist and son Russ. She was predeceased by her daughters Donna Schurman and Doreen Sylvester.
