Dale passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the age of 65 years.
Dale is survived by sister Lynn Green-Strachan of Phoenix, brothers Bruce of Pine Lake, AB, Wayne and Brian of Calgary; as well as nephews Barry and Gary Green of Calgary.
At Dale’s request a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at Agape for their kind care in Dale’s final days.
