Jairaj Dilip Parmar of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the age of 33 years.
Jairaj is survived by his parents, Dilip and Nalini Parmar; Brother, Harnish Parmar; Grandfather,Narshi Parmar; Uncle, Mukesh Parmar; Aunt, Sonal Chavan; Aunt, Dr. Indira Chavda and Uncle, Peeyush Parmar.
Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Please forward condolences through www.calgarycrematorium.com
