We were shocked and heart-sick to learn of Shelley's passing. The last time we saw her, in September, she seemed very well indeed. It was shocking how quickly she went downhill. The world is a sadder place without Shelley in it. Her loss has left a hole in our hearts. We console ourselves with the assurance that she is at peace now (and I like to think that Heaven is a little brighter and happier for her arrival.) We wish all the family well, and wish we could have been at the reception. At the time, we were just returning from Maui. We have just learned about this website now, and are glad to have this opportunity to pass along our feelings and condolences
Rest in peace, Shelley, and may light perpetual shine upon you.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Shelley when she came in to sub for a college. I absolutely fell in love with her.

There are no words to explain how we feel. We are still numb from hearing of our beautiful niece Shelley passing away. The tears aren't as often, but are still there.
Our hearts break for Mike, Les, Val, Nanette and family. We cannot even begin to know how you feel. Shelley was a bright star in your lives, and now she will continue to shine on you from above.
Shelley you were always full of love and laughter when you and I would talk. I loved getting that "ping" on my phone and see it was you. I will miss these so much. Uncle Joe and I love you, and you will always have a place in our heart.
Rest in peace you sweet soul, and know that you can now fly with the angels free of any pain.

I was so blessed to have the opportunity to work with Shelley at Edgepointe Dental Centre for many years. We became good friends and stayed in contact ever since.
