Obituary of Patricia Moncur ECCLES

Patricia Eccles beloved wife of Kenneth Edward William Eccles, passed away peacefully at the Beverly Centre Lake Midnapore on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the age of 81 years. Pat was born in Toronto, Ontario on November 8, 1933. She worked for both the Crane Company in Montreal and Gulf Oil in Calgary for many years. Pat loved her husband Ken, her home, her gardens and her friends. Pat and Ken enjoyed a happy long life together with many travels all over the world. Pat is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Ken Eccles, sister Mimi Schlumberger of Carbondale, Colorado, brothers Richard Ellis of Mill Valley, California, and James Ellis of Vancouver, BC. She is predeceased by her mother Florence Louise Moncur and father Allen Glenholm Ellis. A Memorial Service will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family through www.calgarycrematorium.com If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of your choice. The family would like to thank Dr. Cassandra Hoggard and the Care Team at the Beverly Centre, Evergreen Unit, for their loving, compassionate care of Pat.
