Obituary of Ismail HUSKICH

Ismail Huskich, beloved husband of Angela Huskich of Calgary, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2013 at the age of 83 years. He was born in Cazin, Bosnia Herzegovina on July 3rd, 1930. He was the eldest son of the late Hasiba and Abid Huskich. Ismail retired after a lengthy career with The Canadian Pacific Railway and he was a valued member in both the Bosnian and Croatian communities. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Ismail is survived by his wife Angela and his children Sanija and Ismail (Mike) Jr. and Maryanna. He is also survived by his two grandchildren Isaac and Edeen, and one great-grandchild. For Gentlemen wishing to attend prayers, the service was held at The Calgary Islamic Center, 5615 - 14th Avenue SW, Calgary on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 2:00p.m. The Graveside Service, which was held at Queen’s Park Cemetery 3219 - 4th Street NW, Calgary, on October 22, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Gathering at the Calgary Crematorium located in the heart of Queen’s Park Cemetery.
