Obituary of Doreen Karen CLOVECHOK

Doreen, beloved wife of the late George Clovechok, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2015. Mom was born in Poona, India, returning to England with her brother just at the outbreak of WWII. On March 5, 1946, Mom arrived at Pier 21 in Halifax as a young war bride. Mom’s greatest passion was the love of her family and a good joke. Mom was an active member of many seniors’ groups. Doreen will be dearly missed by her daughter Linda (Bert) Middleton, her son Michael (Hilde) Clovechok; grandchildren Jason (Tania) Middleton, Candace Middleton (Ian Foster), Shannon Clovechok (Ken Eslinger), Michael (Ashley) Clovechok; great-grandchildren, Brody and Tiana Middleton, and Kaya Foster. A private family graveside service will be held, and a Celebration of Doreen’s life will be announced at a later date.
