Obituary of Devinder Singh BAJWA

Sardar Devinder Singh Bajwa left for his heavenly abode on Nov 26, 2015 after losing his battle to cancer at the Peter Lougheed Hospital, Calgary. His wife Kulwant was by his side in the early hours of Nov 26. Devinder spent his childhood and schooling in Ludhiana, Punjab where he helped his dad with farming while excelling in his studies. He started his career in the Civil Aviation department at the young age of 20 following his eldest brother's footsteps. He took great pride in his work and had a very successful and progressive career retiring as a DGM at the New Delhi airport. He was very active socially and volunteered at various forums in the community. He had a cheerful and positive outlook towards life and was very popular with colleagues and friends and made life-long friendships with many. He always had a soft spot for the less fortunate in society and never hesitated in lending a helping hand. His untimely demise has left a big void in his family and friends life. His memories will last for years to come in people's life he touched during his lifetime. He is survived by his wife, two kids and an extended family across the globe. We all pray to Waheguru to bless the departed soul rest in peace!
