Ron Mitchell, beloved husband of Jeanette Mitchell of Calgary, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the age of 73 years.
Ron retired from Calgary Transit in 2010. Since then, he has been travelling and enjoying visiting family and friends.
Ron is survived by his wife Jeanette; daughter Deborah (Carmen), sons Curtis (Liisa) and Dean and his girlfriend Stephanie; Jeannette’s children Blaine, Shelley (Jamie), Gwenda (Ken); sister Jean (Don); brother Malcolm (Yoshi); grandchildren Aaron, Dylan, Shelby, Shaun, Owen, Cody, Jessie, Kimberly, Kyle and Tayler-Lynn; will also be sadly missed by Alan, friends, neighbours, and legion members,
Memorial service will be held at Agapé Hospice (1302 - 8 Avenue N.W., Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. An additional Memorial service will be held in Toronto at a later date.
