Bipin Thakor, beloved husband of Purnima Thakor, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Foothills Medical Centre at the age of 84 years.
Bipin was an avid storyteller, who loved to entertain people. He was known for his great taste in wine. But above all, he enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends.
Bipin is survived by his wife Purnima, his son Sachin, younger brother Dr. Surendra Thakor in England, as well as many loving family and friends in Canada and abroad.
Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 3:30 p.m.
