Grace Chambers, our beloved grandmother of Dan (Lesley) and Glenda (Larry), passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the age of 98 years. She is survived by grandson Dan (Lesley); granddaughter Glenda (Larry); great-grandchildren Nicole, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Emily; as well as two great-great-grandchildren Isabelle and Sam. Grace was predeceased by her husband John and daughter Joan. She will never be forgotten for putting her family first.
