It is with great sadness we announce the passing of William Owchar on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the age of 74 years.
William will be dearly missed and always remembered by his loving wife Dolores; children Sandy, Paul, and David; grandchildren Michelle, Kyle, and Brody, as well as numerous family and friends.
