Obituary of Margaret Marie Emma DOWHANIUK

 It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother on January 6, 2017 at the age of 86.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She always had a kind, gentle smile for anyone she met.

Margaret is survived by her son Darrel (Adrienne); daughter Gay (Mike); six grandchildren Jennifer (Kris), Jaimie (Wade), Daniel, Ryan (Christina), Curtis, Kara and six great-grandchildren Kayla, Jayden, Mackenzie, Tristan, Jackson and Owen.

Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband Walter, son Carey and grandson Cory.

Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.  Reception to follow at the funeral home .

If friends and relatives so desire memorial tributes may be made to a charity of their choice.
