Obituary of "J.D." John HAY

Don, our beloved father and grandfather, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years. Don was born in Medicine Hat, AB the youngest of five boys to William and Mary Hay. He attended the University of Alberta and Queen’s University. Don taught school in Calgary helping to develop the “On the Job Training Program” for the Calgary School Board. Upon retirement Don enjoyed his garden, horses and dogs. Don is survived by his four children Cathryn Hay, John Hay, Elizabeth Lee (Joe) and Donald Hay (Colleen); six grandchildren Jonathan, Monica, Erica, Morgan, Meagan and Connor; one great-granddaughter Harper.
