Obituary of Robert James ("Mickey") MIKOCH

Robert James Mikoch beloved husband of Mona (nee Frantzen) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at the age of 87 years.
Mickey was born in Lewistown, Montana on March 24, 1930. His travels in the oil exploration business led him to Alberta where he met the love of his life, Mona. In retirement, Mickey enjoyed travelling, working on his many projects, and having Friday morning coffee with his friends.
Besides his loving wife Mona, he is also survived by his two children, son Terry (Landaira), and daughter Tracey; as well as his four grandchildren, Trevor, Jared, Stefanie and Spenser.
He was predeceased by his mother Theresa and father John; brother Frank; and sisters Stefanie and Anna.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church, 1903 - 19th Avenue NW, Calgary, on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Reception will follow. His final resting place will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Great Falls Montana.
