Dear Ana,
It was with great sadness that I learned of Dr "John's" passing. He was such a sweet, gentle man and it was my pleasure to take care of him and to get to know you both.
I will miss him and your beautiful smile. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family for your loss. I'm certain he leaves a big hole in all of your lives.
May your love and memories bring you some peace.
