Darshan Kaur Nijjar, beloved mother of Rupinder, Harinder and Suminder of Calgary, passed away on the morning of Tuesday, November 27, 2013 at the age of 71 years.
She was a very courageous, generous, loving and graceful woman, who lit up every room she walked into. Battling many illnesses, she never gave up and continued to show a smile.
Darshan will be greatly missed by her children Rupinder (Narinder), Harinder (Jaspreet) and Suminder (Kulwinder); her grandchildren Arman, Sajan, Mathew, Raman, Kaveer and Karnveer; and her sisters.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queens Park Cemetery) on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Please forward condolences through www.hffs.com.
