Obituary of Robert Godfrey (Rob) HOWEY
The family of Rob Howey is deeply saddened to announce his sudden passing on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the age of 64 years.
Rob was born on May 20, 1953 in Vancouver, B.C. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to all. Rob was a passionate man who always had a handy-man project on the go and he enjoyed numerous hobbies. He loved cars, James Bond movies, had wanderlust for travel, and an affinity for wine.
Rob is survived by his daughters Eryn, Danielle (Mitch), and Ashleigh (Carlo); granddaughter Baisa; and step-children Stephanie (Mark) and Ryan (Amber).
Rob was predeceased by his wife Fiona, father Clarence, mother Dorothy, and sister Judy.
Rob will be dearly missed, but always remembered as a strong, caring man. He leaves our hearts full of his love and precious memories.

A Celebration of Rob’s Life will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
