Norma Beth Ferguson (nee McLaggan) of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 30, 2017.

Norma was born on November 20, 1924 in Retlaw, AB. She spent her early years in Vulcan before moving to Calgary.  Norma enjoyed fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing, and doing crafts. Her greatest joy was making a loving home for her family.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Carol (James); sons Barry (Cathi) and Glen (Patty); grandchildren Michelle (Glenn), Christine (Ben), Jessica (Saleem), Brady, Carly, Jamie, Tucker, Tanner, Evan; as well as great-grandsons Chase and Aiden.

Norma was predeceased by her husband Vern in 2014, sisters Lenore in 1993 and Gwen in 2005.

At Norma’s request there will be no formal service; a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
