Jeff Graham, beloved husband of Dawn passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at the age of 54 years.
Jeff is survived by his wife Dawn; mother Judy and a circle of family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Jeff’s Life at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
