It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Franklin Alfred Willoughby. Frank left this world peacefully with his family by his side on June 20, 2013.
At age 94, Frank leaves this world with a legacy of love and respect. Frank was a family man known for his gentle and calm nature. A true gentleman he always put his family and friends first. Frank adored his wife Barbara (nee Freeman). The relationship they shared for 69 years demonstrated commitment, caring, and compassion that inspired all that knew them. We will miss you Poppa!
