Obituary of Harbans Lal Kaura
Harbans, beloved husband of the late Sita (nee Malhotra) of Calgary, passed away on Sunday April 07, 2019 at the age of 86 years.
Harbans was born in India on November 22, 1932. He immigrated to Canada in 1988.
He will be most remembered for his cooking and his love for his family.
Harbans is survived by his son Raman (Indu) Kaura of Calgary and his daughter Manju (Hardial) Narang of Port Alberni, BC; his grandsons Lucky and Abhay Kaura both of Calgary; and numerous extended family.
He was predeceased by his wife Sita Kaura.
Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 – 4th Street NW, (within the valley of Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
