Obituary of Susan Erika Tyner
Susan Tyner of Calgary, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the age of 59 years.
Born April 2nd, though she always swore on April fools every year that April 1st was her real birthday…Susan was the daughter of Wifred and Anne Halbleib. She will be remembered for her wonderful baking, molasses cookies and homemade bread and more. Susan loved the beach swimming for hours whenever she could. She was a Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and Wife. She was a special lady to so many. She will be in our hearts forever.
She will be dearly remembered by her two daughters Christa Ryan and Erika McGrattan; four grandchildren, Kyla, Owen, Georgia, and Taylor; sisters Alice Gordon and Caren Halbleib-Marcotte; nieces Miranda and Christine; nephews Brian, Curtis and Kasey.
She will also be missed by her partner of many years Brent Tyner in Florida where she resided with him, Brent’s children Sara and Gabriel; and Brent’s grandchildren Phineas and Santiago.

During her struggle with Ovarian Cancer, she lived at the Bethany Care Center in Calgary, where she received the very best of care. The family would like to give a tremendous thank you to the staff.
