To Marion and all of Allan's family,
I am grateful to Carol for letting me know about Allan's passing. He was my first boss at the CBE and a great mentor in leadership. I remember very clearly when he had to retire after his heart attack-I was so sorry to lose his influence. Reading the beautiful review of his life and contributions reminded me of so many things-especially Cont.Ed, the School of Languages,Louise Dean and the Alternative High School-he was truly a visionary.I believe he influenced my development as a leader in very significant ways and I was always grateful to him for his mentorship. Carol, thanks for keeping in touch over the years. Please tell your Mom I am thinking of her these days. Love to all of you, Jill Wyatt
