I had the pleasure to meet Robert when I was requesting space from Brentview Baptist Church for the Royal Conservatory of Music exams seven years ago.My immediate reaction was “ what a kind and thoughtful man” I know from our talks over the years that family and his faith were his guiding principles.In the obituary the words “ trustworthy,faithful,considerate,fair and kind” can not be overstated.I know he is in God’s safe hands ,but I will miss him. His daughter Wendy O’Blenes and family have taken up Robert’s mantle of serving the church. It is an honour to be part of the church family as an outsider.Leonora Bridge
