Obituary of Paddy Keir

Patricia Keir (nee Wilson), beloved wife of Daryl Keir of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the age of 73 years. 

 

Paddy was born in Calgary, AB on May 16, 1947. Paddy and Daryl were married in 1969.

 

She was actively involved the Calgary Twin and Triplet club in the 80’s and 90’s. Paddy was an artist and an avid flames fan and bowler. Paddy’s most memorable vacation was when her parents mistook the ’65 Watts riot for a street festival!

 

She touched the hearts of many and will be most remembered for her outgoing personality.

 

Paddy is survived by husband of 51 years Daryl Keir; twin sons Richard and Michael Keir.

 

Paddy was predeceased by her father Earland (Lefty) Wilson and mother Alice Wilson.

 

The family does not have a public service planned at this time.

 

Paddy’s family would like to thank the Unit 42 at Foothills Medical Centre, and the Agape Hospice for their care they gave Paddy.
