Obituary of Carol-Ann Louise Laplante

Please share a memory of Carol-Ann to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

The family sadly announces the sudden passing of Carol-Ann on July 20, 2021, at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary, AB.

Carol-Ann was immensely kind, caring, and compassionate. She was always there for people she cared about. Carol-Ann was a talented crafts person, she had a passion for beading, crocheting, and was a scrapbooking queen. She loved BINGO!

No matter what life threw at her she never wanted to slow down. She was resilient and always bounced back – She was stubborn that way.

With heavy hearts she will be missed by her mother, Shirley; daughters, Cheryl (Trevor) and Monique (Tyler) Skalozub; grandsons, Taylor, Kaleb and Tyson, her brother, Brian, sisters; Arlene, Elisa (Dan) Touzin; nieces and nephews, Shelly (Derek) Joss, Ian, Amber, Brittany, Shay-Lynn, Chloe, Eric, Jordaine, Lola and Harlee. Her special aunties, Millie Gould, Christine McKenzie and Ghislane Laplante. Cousins; Alfred (Cathy) Plantz, Seetta Roccola, Tillie (Jeff) Kuchta, Vera (Rob) Fielding, Rocky Plantz. Close friends; Shirley Shartner, Evelyn Henderson as well as several friends and family.

Carol-Ann will also be greatly missed by her CRA family. She had served over twenty- three years with them.

Carol-Ann was predeceased by her father, Jean-Guy Laplante, granddaughter, Natanis Potipco-Laplante; nephew, Joseph Laplante, and a very special aunt, Sarah Plantz.

We are all blessed to have known her and we all will take her precious memories with us everywhere we go.

Love you Always and Forever!
