Obituary of Allan James Causton

 

Allan Causton beloved husband of, Sandrea Causton (nee Rogers) of Calgary, Alberta, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at the age of 78 years.

 

Allan was born in Calgary and married Sandrea in 1965.

 

Allan was proud of his thirty-five years in the airline industry at the Calgary airport. Allan enjoyed his time at their vacation property on Glennifer Lake, watersports, curling, and reading. He will be remembered for his love of family get-togethers, his passion for debating politics and his enjoyment of a good party.

 

Besides his loving wife Sandrea, Allan is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Leanne and Rob Marriott; his two grandsons, Gavin and Mason Marriott; and his sister, Penny Wuetherick. Allan also is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 

Allan was predeceased by his parents, Georgina and Jim Causton and his sister and brother-in-law, Arlene and Richard Hicks.

 

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
