Mr. Wojciech Godek, beloved husband of Teresa, passed away on May 12, 2014 at the age of 65 years after a lengthy illness.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Piotr, Agnieszka, Waldemar, Anastazja and their families; seven grandchildren; step children, Julie and Robert and their families; as well as his family members in Poland.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2111 Uxbridge Drive N.W. on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 10:30 a.m.
If friends so desire, memorial donations can be sent to the Faculty of Medicine Fund Development Office, University of Calgary in memory of Wojciech Godek (please make cheques payable to University of Calgary) at 3330 Hospital Dr. NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4N1.
