Obituary of Georgina Victoria Pare

May 30, 1926 – Chesterville, Ontario

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our much beloved mother, Georgina Victoria Pare, on Friday, November 19, 2021.

 

Georgina lived to be 95 years old and was born in Chesterville, ON, in 1926. Her lifetime career was as a Registered Nurse, working for the Department of Veteran Affairs out of various hospitals including England, Trenton, ON, and Montreal, QC. Georgina finally settled at the Cornel Belcher Veterans Hospital in Calgary, AB, for many years. She was a kind, generous, loving, and all-around good person. Georgina’s love for her family was her greatest gift. She will be missed forever. ​

 

Georgina is survived by her three children, Alan, Robert, and Joanne; three grandchildren, Mathew, Erin, and Raine; and three great-grandchildren, Asha, Everett, and Violet; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Georgina was predeceased by her husband Bob Pare, mother, father, sisters, brother, and son David.
