It was a pleasure to have known Cicely and I really enjoyed our conversations over the years. She was a fantastic neighbour and friend; great heart, great mind, and a great sense of humour.

I am so sorry for your loss Kim, Tammie and family. I was so blessed to have known Cicely. I enjoyed our talks, tea and laughs for the past plus 10 years. She was the neighbour who knew what was happening on our street. Cicely would have special treats on Halloween for my children, which they enjoyed. She would give advice on how to keep my plants alive. I have one of her African violets, which I think of her when I see it. She was a wonderful lady and will miss her. We will have a glass or 2 of wine to toast in honour of Cicely.Love, Cindy

Kim, Tammy and family. I was so sorry to hear of my dear friend's passing. Cicely and I only knew each other a few months and we developed a friendship and fondness that will last with me forever. I am sending my deep condolences to the family and all that had the opportunity to know her. I have been doing Cicely’s hair for the past few years now and I would always look forward to her visits :).. We shared many laughs together and I will miss seeing her very very much!.. My cats will also miss her as she was always so sweet to them when she visited us. She was a beautiful person to be with and again will be very missed:( Love Michelle
