Please share a memory of Janet to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Janet Webb beloved wife of Robert Webb of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at the age of 62 years. Janet was born in New Westminster, BC, on July 24,1959. She moved around the country and eventually settled in Calgary.

Janet married Robert in 2000 and the couple was inseparable.

She was a member of the Job’s Daughters’ and volunteered with several groups. Janet accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of being an honoured queen in 1979. Janet’s passion was the National Football League, but she also had a love for all sports that was well known. She loved to sit and do her fingernails, no one could forget those nails and when out in public people would often ask about them.  She would always say, “they are as fake as the day is long”.

Janet’s most memorable vacation was when she and Robert went to England and the number one thing on her list was not to see castles or Buckingham palace, it was to see beach huts in all their bright colours. She loved the whole concept of the British beach hut.

Janet’s favourite saying was “I have champagne taste on a beer budget” and at home, she would call Rob her big old chunky monkey. She will be most remembered for her strength in fighting cancer and her unwavering loyalty to her friends.

Besides her loving husband, Janet is survived by her two sons, Robert Clark, and Justin Clark. Janet is also survived by her loving in-laws, Brian and Bebe Webb as well as, numerous family members and good friends.

Janet was predeceased by her parents, Barry Owens Clark and Doreen Marie Clark.
